With his knowledge and expertise in traditional Balinese silver-smith techniques at the forefront, each piece "represents a philosophical harmony inspired by Bali and its many stories, myths, and legends" Featured is Hardy`s Kawung Collection, whose timeless design encompasses intricate and balanced patterns that are reminiscent of a lotus flower. Among the collection are bracelets, necklaces and earrings, but what caught my attention was the Kawung Round Ring. Perhaps initially viewed as a simple design, it is actually quite detailed and eye catching without an air gaudiness. Regardless if one piece of the Kawung Collection is worn alone or as a set, the statement made is powerful yet understated – what a balance to achieve.
